Title: Serene Deceit A tiny poison ivy plant stands tall in the warming sun. |
Above is a tiny poison ivy plant about 2"(5cm) or so high. The proud plant was sprouting from a shallow dirt spillway on a boulder. The surrounding plant life seemed to be keeping its distance, allowing this incredibly brave or foolish plant plenty of room to grow. I don't recall tracing this path over again yet, but I have a feeling this infamous little plant was probably washed away shortly after my lens captured this image.
I didn't dare touch it despite its meager proportions.

Neat photo, Zachary. I love macros, especially the way they make little things look so big. Only two inches tall!
Neat concept contained in the title as well. Makes me think of sin: subtle, yet deadly.
Keep them coming!
nice article, keep the posts coming
